"George Morton was in my form when I first started at Carre’s and I taught him GCSE and A level Music (he was here approximately 2001 - 08 I think). He arranged some music which was used in this year’s Last Night of the Proms!"
The Carre’s Grammar School Golf Team will soon be playing in these fantastic new team shirts, thanks to our new sponsors, ASALI Designs. Liam, Oliver and their teammates cannot wait to get playing!

Please be aware of the following school notices.
The Historical Association has a number of Fellowships and Fellows. Some are for teaching achievements, some are from participation on a course or similar, others are for lengthy membership such as our Jubilee Fellows – and then we have our Honorary Fellows. These are awarded to people who have shown dedication to history teaching, to the study of history, to the support of other history professionals and to the HA and its remit.
The school held our first ever Year 8 information evening on Thursday 30th September.
