Imy had the immense honour of representing the Belvoir Pony Club at the prestigious LeMieux Pony Club Team Jumping Championship. This highly competitive national event is a major highlight on the opening Thursday of the world-famous Defender Burghley Horse Trials. Being selected to compete at such an iconic, world-class venue is an incredible feat in itself, but Imy and her brilliant horse, Moca, went on to win with her team! What makes this victory exceptionally special is that Imy has produced Moca herself and she is only six.

Entering the main arena at Burghley is a true test of nerves, with buzzing crowds and an imposing grandstand. Moca handled the electric atmosphere like a seasoned professional. She stayed perfectly focused, "jumping her socks off" to deliver a flawless, vital clear round for the team in the opening stage.

The competition was fierce, featuring 30 elite teams from all over the United Kingdom. With the margins for error virtually non-existent, the field was narrowed down to the top 6 teams for a high-stakes second-round jump-off.

The track was raised to a daunting 110cm, featuring 16 jumping efforts that required absolute precision. Once again, Imy and Moca rose to the challenge, executing a brilliant round. Thanks to their performance and that of their teammates, Imy’s squad became the only team in the entire competition to finish on a collective score of zero penalties across both rounds. This secured the championship title, marking the first time in 12 years that the Belvoir Pony Club has won this historic title.

After being awarded an array of LeMieux prizes, Imy and Moca took part in the traditional lap of honour gallop around the main arena—a moment Moca found incredibly exciting!
