Becoming a member has never been easier! Memberships are now available to buy online. Please register by clicking here.
When you have registered you will be able to log in and purchase a membership of your choice! When you do this, please upload a head and shoulders photo to your profile for your membership card.
All new members must complete the PAR-Q health check form before exercising with us. You can find this link under ‘Downloads’ to do at home, or you can complete it when you arrive with a member of our team. Please make a member of staff aware on your first visit if you have or have not completed this form.
If the online option is not for you, you can phone to book an appointment and sign up with one of our instructor’s face to face. At this point we can also do your health check.
A free trial is available for anybody thinking about becoming a member, with no commitment past that date. Please call to book!
Due to COVID -19, hourly sessions must be pre-booked. We have an app to help you make and manage your bookings. This app is called ‘Member me +’. When you go to book using the app, please log in with the username and password you have registered with. Please contact us if you need any support with online bookings.

My wellness – Fitness Programmes
As a member, we can create a personalised work out programme through Technogym’s My Wellness Cloud. The cost for your own work out key is a one off £15. With this key, we can set you as many programmes as you like that will automatically set your machine, as well as, allowing you to track how hard you are working during each workout. The work you do in the gym can be viewed from the My Wellness app, where you can also log every day activities such as walking the dog. This enables you to track your progress as your fitness improves as well as having your own personal programmes to work to, set by our qualified instructors.
