You’ll help all kinds of people overcome all kinds of challenges, so they can live as fully and independently as possible. This might involve learning new ways to do things, or making changes to their environment to make things easier.

Podiatrists specialise in foot, ankle and leg healthcare. As a Podiatrist, you’ll diagnose, treat and prevent a wide range of conditions and work to improve the mobility and independence of your clients.
There are many opportunities to specialise as a Podiatrist, for example in sports injuries, diabetes or work with children. You could also continue your training to become a podiatric surgeon.

More than 90% of patients that visit a hospital meet a Diagnostic Radiographer. In this career, you’ll use advanced technology to look inside patients’ bodies and understand the cause of their illness. You’ll then use your findings to consult with colleagues on diagnosis and treatment plans.
If you’re a technically-minded person who cares about patients and copes well under pressure, this could be the career for you.
